WHEREAS, the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, Depository
for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has deposited in trust with the First
National Bank in Dallas, the sum of $1,055,000„00 in U.S, 3 1/4% Treasury Notes
as security for the account of the City of Wichita Falls, as evidenced by
Fist National Bank in Dallas, Certi�icatte No. A 11362, as hereinafter set forth:
Certificate No. A 11362, dated 5- 5.59, U,S. 3 1/4 Treasury Notes: Series
B 1960, Nos, 1721 Q 1M., 21062/21.066 ,@ IOM, T5$8 @,5M;

and,,
WIERF.AS, the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, has requested
release of $555,000,00 of the above stated Certificate No, A 11362 for $1,055,000,00,
and
WHEREAS, it appears that sufficient securities have been pledged by the
City National Bank in Wichita Falls with the First National Bank in Dallas to secure
the deposits of the City of Wichita Falls;
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF IDEUN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That the City Clerk of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, be and he is
hereby authorized to permit the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, to
reduce the securities pledged to the First National Bank in Dallas in the amount of
$555,000.00 as recited in Certificate No. A 11362, in the amount of $1,055,000'00;
and further., to authorize the City Clerk of the City of Wichita Falls to surrender
to the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, the entire amount of securities
of $1 =055,000.00 as evidence. by Cert. No. A 11362, dated 8-5 -59, now being held
in trust by the First National Bank in Dallas to secure the deposits of the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, and accept a new certificate from the First National Bank in
Dallas for the remaining $500,000,00. 4
