RESOLUTION NO. 3 1g
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to secure a
sewer easement over certain land owned by Lone Star Gas Company,
a corporation; and
WHEREAS, Lone Star Gas Company has submitted a contract
granting said sewer easement, a copy of which is attached' hereto
and made a part of this resolution, which form is agreeable with
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, That the Mayor be and he is here-
by authorized to execute the said contract, as submitted by the Lone
Star Gas Company.
