BE IT RESOLVED BY THE - CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Vlichita Falls
SECTION I. That the certain agreement dated Janurary 1 1 , 1 960, between the
State of Texas and the City of �1ichita Falls fora the insta I lotion, con-
struction, existence, use, operation and maintenance of certain highway illumination
locate&df, on U. S. 287 Expressway from 8th Street to 1.'^ feet
North of the Iowa Park Road
in the City of Wichita Falls 6e, and the same is, here y approve ; and

agreement on behalf of the City of 1;1,richi to Falls and to transmit
the same to the State of Texas for appropriate action.
