i M'RW,s the Beam of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls have
under, consideration possible reservoir site locations 'on the.JAttle w°chita
Rivers and
SAS, sever. potential sites have been under consideration; and
WH ERFA5, the Boar, of Aldermen has requested '.proposals of independent
Engineer Consulting Firms to study the Little Wichita. River to make recommenda,-
tions for the new feasible reservoir location; and
WHEREAS, Malcolm Pkrnie Engineers .proposed to make the said stud
and recommendations; and
WHEREAS., the terms by which the said Malcolm Pirnie .Engineers have
agreed to make said study and recommendation have been agreed upon as embodied
in the attached contract.
