RESOLUTION NO. 3 877
WHEREAS, the ?hoard of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls
have passed ordinances annexing many areas of land; and
WHEREAS, many of the homes in the newly annexed areas are
on comparatively large home sites; and
WHEREAS, many of the businesses in the newly annexed areas
have benefited the City of Wichita Falls; and
WHEREAS, the 'Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls
recognized the rights of all residences and businesses in newly
annexed areas to continue in their existing land use insofar as it
does not constitute a health hazard.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OFALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS that the rights of existing land users
in newly annexed land areas will be recognized to the extent that
the same use dows not constitute a health hazard.
