BE IT RESaLVED by the Board of Aldermen of. the City
of Wichita Falls, that the City of Wichita Falls, acting
by and through the Mayor and City Clerk thereof, disclaims
any right, titles or interest in and to the following des-
cribed real property:
All of Lot Seven (7) in Block One (I) of
McBride First Addition to the City of Wichita
F- alls, Wichita Countyg Texas, together with
all improvements thereon situated.
And that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
by proper conveyance to convey and twit claim unto Ted Richards,
Jr., the aforesaid property.
Passed and approved this 9th day of November, A. D.
