WHEREAS, the City National Bank in Washita Falls, Texas, Depositary for
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has deposited in trust with the First National.
Bank in Dallas the sum of $588,000.00 in U.S. 4% Treasury Notes, as security for the
account of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as evidenced by the First National.
Bank in Dallas Certificate No, A-11833., as hereinafter set forth:
Certificate No. A- 11833, dated 8- 28 -50, U.S. 4% Treasury Notes, Series
B -1962, Nos. 1176/1180 @ 100M each

aggregating the sun of $588,000.00, all due 8- 15 --62, Interest due February
and August 15th, next coupon attached 2- 15 -60, and
WHEREAS, the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, has requested
release of the above described Treasury Notes, and
WHEREAS, the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, agrees to
substitute in lieu therefor $600,000.00 U.S. 3 -3/4% C. of I's, Series A -1960 bonds
due 2-15-60;
NCK THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS;
THAT the City Clerk of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, be and he is
hereby authoriz4d to accept as security for the account of the City of Wichita Falls
Texas, $600,000000 U.S. 3• -3/4% C of I's Series A -1960, due 2- 15-604 and surrender
the above described Treasury Notes, Certificate No. A- 11833,aggregatang the sum of
$588,040.00 now on deposit with the First National Bank in Dallas.
