WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen will on certain occasions
annex certain areas to the City of Wichita Falls; and
WHEREAS, some of the populated areas annexed are not
served by adequate utilities and facilities of the City of Wichita
Falls; and
NOW THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen
of the City of Wichita Falls that the City of Wichita Falls does
acknowledge the obligation to provide all areas within the city
limits with all possible services incumbent upon the City , and
that priority should be given to the providing of such services, and
furthermore, the City of Wichita Falls does hereby proclaim that
assessed values of property within the city limits, which are not
properly served by all utilities and facilities which the City fur-
nishes to other sections of the City, shall reflect the absence of
these utilities and facilities.
