RESOLUTION NO. 575,
WHEREAS, the Boy's Club of Wichita Falls is presently
engaged in the improving of a playground immediately East of the
Boy's Club, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a street right-
of-way easement surrounding the playground on Fifth and Sixth
Streets, and
WHEREAS, the Boyts Club of Wichita Falls is desirous
of utilizing as much area as possible, and
WHEREAS, the Boy is Club of Wichita Falls desires to
fence the playground area within eight (8t ) feet of the curb line
on Fifth and Sixth Streets, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has no present need for
any right-of-way in excess of eight (8t ) feet of the curb line.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls that the Boy's Club of Wichita Falls, Texas,
be allowed to build their fence surrounding the playground area to
run parallel to the curb lines of Fifth and Sixth Streets provided
that the fence is no closer than eight (8t ) feet to the curb line,
and further provided that the Boyts Club shall move at its expense
the fences, sidewalks and retaining walls, if the City of Wichita
Falls shall determine that the use of additional right-of-way is
needed by the City.
