A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF PART OF AN EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of December, 1958, the City of Wichita
Falls, did accept the plat, dedication of Robert Seabury, for Section
T-1 of the University Park subdivision and included in that plat
dedication was a utility easement on Lot 19, Block 10, in said sub-
division.
WHEREAS, Lot 19, Block 10, University Park Section T-1 was bur-
dened with a utilty easement for the Lone Star Gas Company, and since
the dedication it has become necessary to retain said easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, that the Mayor orCity Manager is empow-
ered to sign the necessary papers to £lease the City 's interest in
this utility easement for Lone Star Gas Company on Lot 19, Block 10,
University Park Section T-1; however, the thirty (30' ) foot guywire
easement used by Texas Electric Service Company is retained .
