SUBJECT: PIPE LINE CI S :G SINCLAIR BOULEVARD
COMMENT:
I see no objection to granting the'request of the Sinclair
Pipe Line Came for permission to build a 4 inch jet fuel pipe
line across Sinclair Boulevard approximately 300 feet east of
U.S. ffighwv 281, If this permission is granted, the Pipe Line
Comps should be required to encase the 4 inch line in a larger
pipe for the full width of the right —of —gray, bury the pipe to a
depth of 3 feet of cover, and erect at least one pipe line marker
on the south right- of - -way line.
Since the location is gLven approximately the City should be
furnished a map of the exact location when the pipe line crossing
is completed.
