RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEHMS ON A PORTION
OF THIRD STREET AND; DIRECTING THE._ISSUANCE AND
DII RY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL
ASSESS MTS ISVIED.
WHEREASA the City of Wichita Falls, heretofore entered into a
contract with R. 0, Green..Construction.Companyo of WichitaFalls, Texas'
for the making and construction of certain improvements on the following
portion of Third Street in said City to wit:
Third'Street from the East Property Line of Lee Street to
the West Line of the intersection with .Adams Street' in
the City of Wichita Falls, Texasy
and.,
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed upon said portion
of Third Street and.have been inspected and found to be complete in
accordance with the contract therefor, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDEWM OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:

The improvements on said portion of Third Street be., and they are hereby.,
accepted; .and the contract with reference'to the construction of such
improvements be., and is hereby' found and declared fully cdmpleted and
performed.
II.
The Mayor be, and he is hereby directed to issue and execute in
the name of the City, certificates in evidence of the special assessments
Levied against abutting property and owners thereof for such improvements,
and.the City Clerk is directed to execute same and impress thereon the
corporate seal, all in accordance with the proceedings relating to such
improvements and assessments; such certificates shall be delivered to
said Company*

This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage®
