WHERE,4S, LT. COLONEL HUBERT L. ALL-EMWORTH, U.S.A.F.,
has served with distinction as Staff Judge Advocate at Sheppard
Air Force Base, from August, 1958, .todate, and is now under
orders to report to Paris, France, at the'end of July, 1959; and,
WHEREAS $ LT. COLONEL HUBERT L. ALLENSWC€RTH has contributed
greatly to the welfare of the City of Wichita Falls, during his
stay here, both as a citizen and as Staff Judge Advocate;
NDW, THEREFORE, I;E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
THAT

is hereby
designated
an
Honorary
Citizen of the City of 'Arichita
Falls,
Texas, and that the people of this City in this manner express
to him their appreciation of his services to this community
while a resident thereof.
