WHEREAS, the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Rexas,, Depository
for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has deposited in trust with the First
National Bank in Dallas, the sum of $1,900,000.00 in U.S. 2 1/4 Treasury Bonds,
as security for the account of the City of 'Vdichita Falls, Texas, as evidenced
by the First National Bank in Dallas Certificate No. 75559, as hereinafter set
forth:

NOWO THERJTORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDEImEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
THAT the City Clerk of the City of Wichita Falls., Texas, be and he
is hereby authorized to accept as security for the account of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas., $1,900,000,00 2 1/2% U.S. Bonds due 8- 15 -63, and surrender the
above described. Treasury Bonds, Certificate No. 75559, aggregating the sun of
$1,900,000,00 not on deposit with the First National Bank in Dallas.
