AN ORDINANCE A=D= ORDINANCE NO. 2004 LY AMENDING
SEgymI G 13 (b) (6) BY AL-OWING WATER OUTLET
AND HOSE
IN LIEU OF FIRE EXT: GUISHERS IN TRAILER PARKS.
LE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER= OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 13 (b) (6) of Ordinance No. 2004 is
hereby amended so that it shall hereafter read as follows :
" (6) Maintain in convenient places, approved by the Fire
Department, hand fire extinguishers or a water outlet, properly
insulated to insure against freezing, with a fifty foot length
of hose attached thereto, in the ratio of not less than one such
extinguisher or outlet with hose to each four trailer spaces .
Fire extinguishers shall comply with all Ordinances of the City
of Wichita Falls pertaining thereto. "
