Ord 2261 8/15/1966 ORDINANCE NO. 4;,/
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF HARRISBURG COURT,
A STREET WITHIN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
TO BARCELONA COURT; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES,
OR PORTIONS THEREOF, IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls
has recommended that the Board of Aldermen change the name of
Harrisburg Court, a street within the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls believes that it is in the best interest of said City
that such name change be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The name of Harrisburg Court shall be changed
to Barcelona Court.
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or portions thereof, in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
