AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED FUNDS OF THE GENERAL FUND TO
SPECIAL ITEM ACCOUNT NUMBER 91-22, AND DECLAR-
ING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
unappropriated funds of the General Fund the sum of
$10, 200 which shall be placed in Special Item Account
No. 91-22.
SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due
and that it is essential for the immediate use of the
City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency, therefore
this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of September,
1966.
