AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING DURANGO STREET FROM
KEMP BOULEVARD 150 FEET WEST TO THE ALLEY.
WHEREAS, this street has never been used for road purposes,
nor has it been maintained by the City of Wichita Falls
and being a dead end street it has no specific value
to the public,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION I. That Durango Street, running west from the
intersection of Kemp Boulevard, along the south line
of lot 6, block 8 of the Grant Street Addition, at
a distance of 150' , at a bearing of N 85°25' 56" W,
be closed.
