AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBER
012-4507 , AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby eb Y appropriated ronriazed out of the un

appropric,ted
General Fund the sum of $3, 000 .00 which shall be
placed is Account Number 012-4507 .
SECTION 2 . The fact that this amount is now due and that
it is essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls
creates an emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become ef-
fective immediately upon its passage.
