AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE PRO RATA CHARGE FOR SEWER
CONNECTIONS IN VISTA HEIGHTS, HOLLIDAY GARDENS AND
RELATED AREAS.
WHEREAS, on March 8th, 1965 the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls awarded a contract to B & G Construction
Company to install certain sewer mains in Vista Heights, Holliday
Gardens and other nearby areas; the installation of such mains
was completed in September, 1965; and,
WHEREAS , the Board of Aldermen determined that, in order
to tie onto such sewer mains, each property owner must pay a
pro rata charge of $2 .50 per front foot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A pro rata charge shall be made against each tract of land,
and the owner thereof, whose sewer line shall be connected to
the above described sewer mains, at the rate of $2 . 50 per front
foot of the lot or tract of land to which such sewer connections
may be made.
