AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23 (THE WICHITA FALLS
PLUMBING CODE) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY ADDING
A SECTION 23-128 AUTHORIZING CONDITIONAL APPROVAL
OF CERTAIN NEW MATERIALS, FIXTURES AND METHODS OF
INSTALLATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Chapter 23 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Wichita Falls is hereby amended by adding a Sec-
tion to be numbered 23-128, to read as follows:
"Section 23-128. Conditional materials approval.
Certain new materials, fixtures and methods of install-
ation may be used, after approval by the Plumbing Advisory Board,
for a conditional approval period of two (2) years and subject
to inspection by the Advisory Board for final approval, rejection
or extension of conditional approval. "
