AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING THAT CERTAIN
ALLEY IN BLOCK 7 OF GRANT STREET ADDITION, BOUNDED
ON THE WEST BY LOT 4, AND BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY
LOTS 1, 2 AND 3 OF SAID BLOCK 7 .
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, deems it advisable and in the public interest to
close that certain alley hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS :
SECTION 1. That certain alley lying in Block 7 of Grant
Street Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, said alley being
bounded on the west by Lot 4 of said Block 7 , and being bounded
on the east by Lots 1, 2 and 3 of said Block 7 , be and the same
is hereby closed and abandoned.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 25th day of March, 1968.
