A resolution approving the agreement dated January 26, 1965,
between the State of Texas and the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, for
the installation, construction, existence, use, operation and main-
tenance of a highway illumination project at the interchange of U. S.
277 and 281 with U. S. 287, FM890, and a section of Spur 325 toward
Main Gate of Sheppard Air Force Base in the City of Wichita Falls;
and providing for the execution of said agreement.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS :
SECTION 1. That the certain agreement dated January 26, 1965,
between the State of Texas and the City of Wichita Falls for the
installation, construction, existence, use, operation and maintenance
of certain highway illumination located at the interchange of US 277
and 281 with US 287, FM 890, New S. A. F. B. Access Road, and a section
of Spur 325 toward Main Gate of Sheppard Air Force Base in the City
of Wichita Falls, be, and the same is, hereby approved; and that
Jack Davis, City Manager, is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Wichita Falls and to transmit the
same to the State of Texas for appropriate action.
