Res 572 8/25/1964RESOLUTION NO. 7,17) WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on June 15, 1964, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls passed a motion to the effect that the payment of seven cents (7 0) per mile be established as the rate for reimbursement of private car mileage during the Urban Transportation Study; and, WHEREAS, it is desired that this action by the Board of Aldermen be repealed and terminated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT Section 1: Such action by the Board of Aldermen on June 15, 1964, providing for the payment of seven cents (7 ¢) per mile is hereby repealed. Section 2: When City employees are authorized by the City Manager to use their own private automobiles while performing their City employment, they shall be reimbursed by the City at the rate of ten cents (10 0) per mile.
