BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
A certain easement and right of way for an electric transmission and
distribution line, from the City of Wichita Falls to Texas Electric Ser-
vice Company, over and across a 2 . 56 acre tract of land out of the John
A. Scott Survey, Abstract 304, Wichita County, Texas, more particularly
described in a certain deed recorded in Volume 302 , page 13, Deed Records
of Wichita County, Texas, which tract of land is located near the inter-
section of Duncan Street and Rosewood Avenue in the City of Wichita Falls,
is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such
easement, dated May 25, 1964, for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 25th day of May, 1964.
