WHEREAS, heretofore, the City of Wichita Falls has made certain
monthly deposits from its water system funds to an account entitled
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, First Mortgage Waterworks System
Revenue Improvement Bonds" which is held by the Trust Department of
the City National Bank in Wichita Falls ,
WHEREAS, as such outstanding bond indebtedness was refunded
as of April 1, 1963, these funds are no longer necessary to pro-
wide. further principal and interest payments, and the balance of
this account in the amount of $66, 168.74 should be transferred to
the City of Wichita Falls Water and Sewer Revenue Fund, Account
815-4-134.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City National Bank in Wichita Falls is hereby requested and
authorized to transfer the balance of $66, 168.74 from the account
entitled "City of Wichita Falls, Texas, First Mortgage Waterworks
System Revenue Improvement Bonds" to the City of Wichita Falls Water
and Sewer Revenue Fund, Account #815-4-134,
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 30th day of March, 1964.
