WHEREAS, on this the 9th day of December, 1963, at a regular
meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls , Texas ,
came on to be considered an agreement dated October 28 , 1963, between
Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company as licensor and City of Wichita
Falls as licensee, wherein licensor grants to the City the right to
construct, maintain and operate a twelve-inch water pipeline across
the right of way of licensor t s railroad.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, That said agreement dated October 28,
1963, between Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company and the City of
Wichita Falls be and it is hereby approved and accepted, and that
Jack Davis , City Manager, be and he is hereby authorized, empowered
and directed to execute said agreement and to do all things necessary
therefor, and his acts in so doing are hereby adopted, ratified and
confirmed as the act of the City of Wichita Falls and of this Board
of Aldermen.
