WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, sitting in regular session on June 24, 1963, find that the
following property owned by the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, a
Municipal Corporation, will become surplus property after
September 15, 1963, to-wits

Texas, is authorized, empowered and directed to advertise the
above-described property for sale.
