A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF
AN APPLICATION Ta POSTPONE START AND
COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION OF WORK UNDER
WATER APPROPRIATION PERMIT NO . 2015
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to file an application with the Texas Water Commis-
sion for the extension until June 1, 1965, of the time within
which the City of Wichita Falls is required to start con-
struction of the dam and reservoir project as authorized by
Water Appropriation Permit No . 2015 and for an extension
until June 1, 1967, of the time when such construction must
be completed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13 day of May, 1963.
