WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires and needs
to obtain an easement on the right of way of Missouri-Kansas-
Texas Railroad Company near the intersection of such railroad
right of way with U. S. Highway No. 277.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER -
MEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, that that certain
pipe line license dated Merch 20, 1963, between Missouri -
Kansas -Texas Railroad Company and the City of Wichita Falls,
be and it is hereby approved and accepted, and that Jack
Davis, City manager, be and he is hereby authorized, empowered
and directed to executed said agreement and to do all things
necessary therefor, and that his act in so doing is hereby
adopted, ratified and confirmed as the act of the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas.

ties frosty Licensor so to do, Licensor may make such repairs as the agent and at the cost and risk of
Licettsse, asd Lioeaaee shall, demasd, reimburse to Licensor all such cost with ten per refit (10%
dtersas as a cbwpe for accounting and use of tools. But failure of Licensor to stake ss�ch
