BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS;
That the provisions of Minute No. 52086 passed by the Texas Highway
Commission on December 1.2, 1962, are acceptable to the City of Wichita Falls
We do hereby order that the City of Wichita Falls cooperate with the State
Highway Department and proceed with the obligations so stipulated in above
said Minute Order as being responsibilities of the City.

SUBJECT: MINUTE ORDER FOR WIDENIM FARM TO MARKET 369 FROM LAKE ROAD TO FAIRWAY
COMMENT:
Attached is a minute order of the Texas Highway Coumission
providing for the widening of Farm to Market 369 from Fairway to
Lake Road to provide six traffic lanes TAth a center median. The
City's responsibility in this work includes curbs and gutters at
an approximate cost of $40,000. A considerable portion of this
work will be assessable against abutting property owners.
Money for this project has already been allocated by the
State Highway Coo ission. It is therefore reco7mended that this
order be approved.
