On the 26 day of February 1962 , there was held
in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, a Regular meeting
of the Board of Aldermen of Wichita Falls, Texas, at which time
a quorum of said city were present, to wit:
Dr. Al T. Witcher, Mayor Protein; J. Winston Wallander, Dr. D. Clifford Burross,
O.D. McBride and Roy V (Pete) Clavtor, Aldermen
S id meeting was duly called to order by Dr. Al T. Witcher ,
May Eob1 Wichita Falls, Texas. During said meeting the following
resolution was offered by Alderman aurroas and
duly seconded by Alderman McBride the same being
duly adopted by the unanimous vote of all Aldermen present, to wit:
Resolved, that Dr. Al T. Witcher Mayor o the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, be and is hereby authorized and empowered to
make a SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT in the name and behalf of the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas with the Texas Electric Service Company
providing for the extension of that certain agreement between the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Texas Electric Service Company
made on the 28th day of October, 1941, as supplemented by an
agreement dated February 5, 1947, and as further supplemented by
an extension agreement dated the 29th day of October, 1951, for a
period of ten (10) years from October 29, 1961.
