Res 483 2/12/1962RESOLUTION NO. 483
WHEREAS, the State Highway Commission by Minute Order 50655 dated
January 25, 1962, proposed to construct a street type section on F.M.
Road 2650, from the South City Limits to F.M. Road 369, a distance of
approximately 0.27 miles; and
WHEREAS, this is a joint project previously agreed on by Highway Minute
Order No. 48338 and jointly accepted with Wichita County by the City of
Wichita Falls by City Resolution 470; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and considered to be a desirable
improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The provisions of Highway Minute Order No. 50655 are acceptable to
the City of Wichita Falls and we do hereby order that the City join
Wichita County in carrying out the provision of that Minute.
