BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, THAT:
WHEREAS, on February 11, 1950, the City of Wichita
Falls obtained title to the following described land from

Horace Hill, the same being described as follows:
All that certain 5 /6ths of an acre, more or less, out
of the Northeast part of a Twenty (20) acre tract out
of Thomas Garner Survey, Abstract No. 84, Wichita County,
Texas, deeded to Ed Wilson by R. E. Huff et al., by
deed recorded in Book "F<<, Page 438, Deed Records of
Wichita County, Texas, sometimes known and described
as 5 /6ths of an acre, more or less, out of the East
part of the Ed Willson Addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas; and described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point 50 feet North of the Southeast
corner of Block No. 1, Ed Wilson Addition as now desig --
na ted :
THENCE West 150 feet to a point,
THENCE South 50 feet to a point in North Boundary line
of McGregor Street;
THENCE West 51.5 feet along said North Boundary line
of McGregor to the Southeast corner of the T. H. Boling
tract;
THENCE North to a point in the South line of the Right -
of -way to the W.F.& S.R.R. Company;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction along said Right- -
of -way to the East boundary line of said Block No. 1,
of the Ed Wilson Addition;
THENCE South along the East Boundary line of said
Block No. 1, Ed Wilson Addition to the place of beginning;
and,
WHEREAS, by Deed dated February 28, 1950, the City of
Wichita Falls obtained a Deed from H. C. Hill to the following
described lands as follows:
All that certain lot, parcel or tract of land lying and
being situated in Wichita County, Texas, described as
follows:
The SE 50 x 150 feet of Block 1 of the Ed Wilson Ad-
dition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the SE corner of said Block No. 1, Ed Wilson

and,
Addition, at the corner of McGregor Street and
Wyatt Street, a distance of 50 feet;
THENCE in a Westerly direction parallel with Mc-
Gregor Street a distance of 150 feet;
THENCE in a southerly direction parallel with
Wyatt Street, a distance of 50 feet;
THENCE in an easterly direction parallel with
McGregor Street, a distance of 150 feet back
to the place of beginning, and being the sage
land conveyed by deed from Mrs. Fannie Hebing
to R. S. Davis on the 9th day of March, 1929,
recorded in Volume 299, page 408, Wichita County,
Deed Records;
WHEREAS, by Deed dated July 19, 1951, the City of 4fVichita
Falls conveyed to A. G. Lyons, Jr. the following described
property:
and,
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Block 1, Ed
Wilson Addition;
THENCE West with the South line of said Block 1 for
109.5 feet;
THENCE North 124.9 feet to a point in the South line
of Kell Boulevard;
THENCE with the South line of Kell Boulevard which
is along a curve to the right whose radius is 1147.5
feet for a distance of 103.0 feet to the end of said
curve;
THENCE East 1.8 feet to the intersection of the South
line of Kell Boulevard and East line of Block 1;
THENCE South with the East line of Block 1 for 130.0
feet to the place of beginning, containing 14,000 square
feet;
WHEREAS, by various conveyances Troy W. Teakell has obtain-
ed title by Deed to the following described lands in Wichita County,
Texas:
BEING a part of the T. H. Garner Survey, Abstract 84,
Wichita County, Texas, commonly known and described
as a Tract out of Block One ( 1) , Ed Nilson Addition
to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas;
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Block One (1) of
said Addition;
THENCE West with the South line of said .Block One, 109.8
feet;
THENCE North 124,9 feet to a point in the South line of
Kell Boulevard;
THENCE with the South line of Kell Boulevard, along a

and,
curve to the right whose radius is 1147.5 feet for
a distance of 108 feet to the end of said curve;
THENCE East 1.8 feet to the intersection of the
South line of Kell Boulevard and the East line of
Block One (1), of said Ed Wilson Addition ;
THENCE South with the East line of said Block One (1)
130 feet to the place of beginning; Save and Except
the West fifty -five (55) feet thereof heretofore con-
veyed to IN. A. Lewis by deed of record in Volume 570,
Page 455, of the Deed Records of Wichita County, Texas;
WHEREAS, at the time of the original conveyance thereof
out of the City of Wichita Falls to A. G. Lyons, Jr., there was
no resolution filed of record authorizing the conveyance there-
of or if the same was made, the same has been misplaced and
not recorded; and,
WHEREAS, Troy W. Teakell, the present owner of a portion
of said property, desires to clear his title to the same:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and in
order to ratify and confirm title to Troy W. Teakell, the said
Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, do hereby rati-
fy and confirm the prior deed executed by the City of Wichita
Falls to A. G. Lyons, Jr., and further do authorize and direct
the Mayor and the City Clerk to properly execute a Deed to the
following described premises conveying any right, title or in-
terest that the City of Wichita Falls, a municipal corporation,
might have therein, said deed to convey the following described
property:
BEING a part of the T. H. Garner Survey, Abstract 84,
Wichita County, Texas, commonly known and described as
a Tract out of Block One (1) Ed Wilson Addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas;
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Block One (1) of
said Addition;
THENCE West with the South line of said Block One (1)
109.8 feet;
THENCE North 124.9 feet to a point in the South line of
Kell Boulevard;
THENCE with the South line of Kell Boulevard, along a
curve to the right whose radius is 1147.5 feet, for a

distance of 103 feet to the end of said curves
THENCE East 1.8 feet to the intersection of the
South line of Kell Boulevard and the East line
of Block One (1), of said Ed Wilson Addition;
THENCE South with the East line of said Block
One (1) 130 feet to the place of beginning; Save
and Except the West fifty -five (55) feet thereof
heretofore conveyed to W. A. Lewis by deed of
record in Volume 570, Page 455, of the Deed
Records of Wichita County, Texas.
Said Deed is to be made without any additional consideration
and is to be promptly executed by the Mayor and Attested by
the City Clerk of the City of Wichita Falls on behalf of said
City.
