A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO . 461, WHICH WAS A RESOLUTION
DETERMINING THE NECESSITY FOR AND ORDERING AND PROVIDING FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF BONNER AND PORTIONS OF SUNDRY OTHER
STREETS AND PUBLIC PLACES, AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PRE-
PARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR, CHANGING THE REQUIREMENTS
CONCERNING CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS IN TULSA STREET, REDWOOD AVENUE,
AND COLQUITT ROAD.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls ,
Texas, is of the opinion that, in order to correct some inequities
in the costs of intersections provided for in Resolution No. 461,
such Resolution No. 461 should be amended.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
THAT, Resolution No. 461 be and it is hereby amended so
that the descriptions of Unit No. 2, Unit No. 3 and Unit No. 11
shall be changed to read as hereinafter set out in lieu of the
descriptions as originally set out in said Resolution No. 461,
to-wit:
TULSA STREET: From the east curb line of Redwood Avenue
to the east curb line of Homes Avenue to be known and designated
as Unit No. 2;
REDWOOD AVENUE: From the south property line of Woods
Street to the north curb line of Tulsa Street, to be known and
designated as Unit No. 3;
COLQUITT ROAD: From the south curb line of Hudson Avenue
to the south property line of Lexington Avenue , to be known and
designated as Unit No. 11.
