WI-IERFAS , the First-Wichita National Bank of Wichita
Falls has deposited in trust with the Republic National Bank
of Dallas and the First National Bank of Chicago the follow-
ing sums as security for the account of the Districts herein-
after named, as evidenced by the security receipts hereinafter
set forth:
Republic National Bank of Dallas No. 87957 - $325,000.00 -
District No. 4.
Republic National Bank of Dallas No. 87958 - $100,000.00 -
District No. 5.
Republic National Bank of Dallas No. 97959 - $388,000.00 -
District No. J.
The First National Bank of Chicago No. 414 - $510,000.00 -
District No. 5.
The First National Bank of Chicago No. 415 - $ 909000.00 -
District No. 5.
U-INEREAS , there is no longer any money deposited in the
First Wichita National Bank of Wichita Falls for these Districts,
and
NOW, T ,3EF(EE , BE IT RESOLVED BY Tb BOAAD OF ALDE .IEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS :
THAT the City Clerk of the City of Wichita Falls , Texas,
be and he is hereby authorized to surrender the above described
security receipts to the First-Wichita National Bank of Wichita
Falls, and that the Republic National Bank of Dallas and the
First National Bank of Chicago are authorized to release the
pledges evidenced by these receipts.
