WILLIAM L. RECTOR., I.D., has served on the
Wichita City - County Welfare Board for a period of six years,
being two terns on said Board, including service as Chair-
man of the Board; and,
li'd iIEAS, Dr. Rector has served most conscientiously
in his capacity as a member and chairman of said Board, and
has devoted much time and energy to solving the problems
concerning public welfare and public health in the City of
S,Iichi to Falls; and,
1=111EAS9 Dr. Elector has served his community in many
other gays, including his present work as a member of the
City -- County Board of Eealth.
