AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING LIGHTED LAMPS ON ALL TWO-.
WHEELED OR THREE-WHEELED MOTOR VEHICLES WHILE IN
MOTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Every two-wheeled or three-wheeled motor
vehicle in this City shall have its head lamps and tail lamps
lighted at all times while such motor vehicle is in motion.
SECTION 2 . Any person who violates this ordinance shall
be punished by a fine of not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) .
SECTION 3. The provisions of this ordinance shall be in-
eluded and incorporated in the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Wichita Falls , Texas , as an addition or amendment thereto, and
shall be appropriately renumbered to conform to the uniform num-
bering system of the Code.
