AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBER
11-045-4103, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Unappropriated General Fund the sum of $ c7 Q S—
which shall be placed in Account Number 11-045-4103 .
SECTION 2 . The fact that this amount is now due and
that it is essential for the immediate use of the City of
Wichita Falls creates an emergency, therefore this ordinance
shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
