ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29- 114, OF THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS
ON. CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS,_ TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (C) of Section 29-•114 of the Traffic Ordinance
of the Code of Ordinances of:the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, is hereby
amended by the addition of the following designated street:
Street From To Side
Taft Harrison Archer West side
SECTION 2. The fact that parking at the curb at this location
creates a hazardous situation and there is an urgent need for the
removal of parking at this location, this ordinance is declared an
emergency measure on the grounds of urgent public need for the
preservation of the peace, health and safety of public life and
property of the City, and said ordinance shall take effect imme•-
di,aLel.y upon its passage.
