ORDINANCE NO. _ � �� • AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THE NECESSITY FOR THE ORDERING AND PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS ALONG PORTIONS OF CERTAIN AVENUES, STREETS AND PUBLIC PLACES IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR AND PROVIDING SUNDRY OTHER MATTERS INCIDENT THERETO. • WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, is of the opinion that the hereinafter mentioned sidewalks along portions of certain avenues, streets and public places in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, should he constructed . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: I. it is hereby determined that it is necessary that sidewalks be constructed along the following portions of avenues, streets and public places in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, to-wit: School Street Side - From To ALAMO VanBuren West Pearl Buff BOWIE Collard East Trout Harding Harding North Collard Thompson Rd. The City Engineer is hereby ordered and directed to prepare Plans and Specifications for the construction of sidewalks along the hereinabove described portions of avenues, streets and public places as soon as practi- cable, secure bids for the construction of these improvements and present same to the Board of.
