AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-49 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PLACES OF BUSINESS TO REMAIN
OPEN UNTIL 12 :00 O ' CLOCK MIDNIGHT ON DAYS ON WHICH
DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME IS EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT :
SECTION 1. Section 25-49 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Wichita Falls is hereby amended by adding the
following sentence to the end of such section, to-wit:
"However, on all days on which Daylight. Saving Time
is in effect in the City of Wichita, Falls , such place of
business may remain open until 12 :00 o ' clock midnight, and
all lights shall be extinguished immediately after 12 :00
o ' clock midnight. "
