BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (D) of Section 29-114 of the Traffic
Ordinance of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls,
