AN ORDINANCE PERMANENTLY ABANDONING AND RELEASING
A t'ORTION OF A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT SITUATED
ON LOT 4, BLOCK 5 , EDGEMERE HEIGHTS ADDITION TO
THE CITY Of W;CHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREL,S,!, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls, Teas, deems it advisable and in the public interest
to permanently abandon and release a portion of the utility
easement hereinafter described.
NOW, TfIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY W laCHITA FALLS, TE.Y.ILS, THAT:
SECTION' . The utility easempnt covering the herein-
after described tract of land in Lot 4 , Bloch 5, Edgemcre Heights
Addition to the City of Wichita Falls-, be and the same is heby
permanently vlipndoned and released, to-wit:
BECINNIIX4 at the northwest corner of Lot
4, Block 5, of the Edgemere Heights Addition;
THENCE easterly along the south R.O.U.
. line of Celia Drive a distance of 7 .5 feet;
THENCE southerly along the present ease-
ment line, parallel to and 7 . 5 feet east of
the west line of said Lot 4, approNimately 65
feet to a 45 degree angle in said eNisting
easement line;

THENCE southeasterly along the present
easement a distance of 14. 1 feet to a point
which is 7 . 5 feet north of the south line of
said Lot 4 ;
THENCE westerly parallel to and 7 . 5 feet
north of the south line of said Lot 4 to the
west line of said Lot 4 ;
THENCE northerly along the west line of
said Lot 4 to the northwest corner of said Lot
4, and the place of beginning.
