BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
THAT certain Contract No. DACW56-67-C-0252, between
the United States of America, the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, and Wichita County Water Improvement District No. 2,
providing for the sharing of reconstruction costs on Lake
Kemp, Wichita River, Texas is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said contract for the
City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 10th day of July, 1967.
