BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
It is the intention of the Board of Aldermen that
the City of Wichita Falls shall provide, by means of the issu-
ance of bonds or by other means, funds in an amount equal to
fifty percent (50%) of the cost of construction of a new health
unit, for participation with the State Department of Health.
