BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
C:�'TY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
In consideration of the sum of Fifty and No /100
($50.00) Dollars, the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a quitclaim deed to Michie J.
Thaten and wife, LaJuana Thaten covering a strip of land
uwo feet wide and approximately one hundred nineteen feet
long, -out of the Thomas Curry Survey, Abstract 344, on
which a ;wilding built by Mr. Thaten encroaches.
