BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDEEiMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The pipe line license dated December 15, 1966 with M -K -T
Railroad Company and the pipe line contract dated December 21, 1966
with Fort Worth and Denver Railway Company, both of which permit
the crossing by the 12" mater pipe line to Expressway East Industrial
District, are approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute them
for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 9th day of January, 1967.
