BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Jack Davis, City Manager, is hereby authorized to execute
in behalf of the City of Wichita Falls an easement for an
electric distribution system across the property owned by the
City of Wichita Falls at Lake Arrowhead in Clay County, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 12th day of December, 1966.
