BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
THAT Jack Davis, City Manager is hereby authorized to
negotiate for the purchase of a used propulsion unit (commonly
known as a mule) for use with the barges at Lake Arrowhead.
The purchase price to be paid for such propulsion unit shall
not exceed the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
